Note: Auto Release is available only for customers with an approved credit line.
When can I Auto Release an order in Xvantage?
To qualify for Auto Release, the following requirements must be met:
The product must be in stock.
The payment method must be the default Credit term of the account.
The shipping method must be DHL, Estafeta, or Metropolitano.
The customer must not have any outstanding balance with Ingram Micro, whether positive or negative.
If any of these requirements are not met, the Self Release button will not be displayed, and therefore the order will not be eligible for Auto Release.
