Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to access additional features in the Sales Performance section of Xvantage for Associates (X4A), including options to clear cache, refresh data, download reports, and reset filters.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Next, select Sales Performance.
At the top-right hand corner of the screen, click the ellipsis icon (⋮). You can access additional features:
Clear Cache and Refresh
Download
Reset Filters
