Overview:
This article will guide you on how to access the bids under bids tool in CRM.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales.
Click Bid Tool.
Select the view drop-down and click Bid Review.
The following information will be displayed:
Bid Number
Reseller/ Location ID
End User
Status
Creation Date
SBO Email
