Overview:
This article explains how to access and navigate the Go-to-Market (GTM) module using different user role views in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). The View as Vendor feature allows users to understand how the Go-to-Market experience appears based on different permission levels and role assignments.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Marketing.
Select Go-to-Market.
On the right side of the page, click View as Vendor.
Search for and select a vendor from the Vendor List drop-down menu.
In the Users with GTM Access section, select a username to view the GTM experience based on that user's assigned permissions.
Review the Permissions column to identify the available views and access levels for each user.
Navigate through the GTM tabs available to the selected user based on their assigned permissions.
To switch to a different view, click Edit View from the yellow banner at the top of the page.
