How to Access the Email to Order (ETO) Configurator in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can access the email order configurator page in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Administration. Next, select Email Order Configurator.

4. You will be directed to the Email to order configuration page.

5. The Email to Order configuration page contains the configuration list and metrics tab.

6. The configuration list tab includes an overview of all activated, deactivated and pending configurations.

7. On the lower left side, a search bar is made available to use. To refine the configuration search, make use of the available filters (i.e. status, reseller, BCN, input type, country, etc.)
