How to Access End User Accounts in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This article explains how you can easily browse customer information without needing to switch between different interfaces on XVantage for Associates (X4A). 

Process: 

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab. 

3. Hover over the left navigation menu to expand it.

4. Click End Users, then select End User Accounts.

5. The system will display a list of all end users and their associated resellers.
