How to Access the Exception Management Feature under Catalog Management in Vendors in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

These steps will help you to access the Exception Management feature under Catalog Tasks in Vendors in Xvantage.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab. 
3. On the left pane, click Vendors, and then click Catalog Management. The Catalog Tasks page appears.
4. Click Exception Management that is available at the top-right corner of the page. The Exception Management page appears.
5. Choose the relevant options from the respective drop-box menus.
6. Scroll down and click Filters. The Filter box appears.
7. Click the relevant options to refine your search.
8. Click Apply. The results appear accordingly.
