How to Access Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides a guide on how to access inventory inquiry in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu, click Sales then select Inventory Inquiry.

4. You will be redirected to the Inventory Inquiry with the following information:

   • SKU #

   • Description

   • VPN #

   • Vendor

   • Available Qty

   • MSRP

   • Vendor Code

   • UPC

   • Status

   • Class

   • Restricted Code

   • Language
