How to Access Order Management in Xvantage for Associates through CRM

Overview:

This article explains how to access Order Management from within Xvantage for Associates (X4A) CRM to view and manage customer orders.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A and open it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) opens in a new browser tab.

   • Tip: Alternatively, you can open Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.

3. In X4A, select Sales from the left navigation menu.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM’s left navigation menu, navigate to Order Management under the Sales section.

6. The system opens Xvantage for Associates (X4A) Order Management in a new browser tab.

   • If prompted to select a region, choose EMEA and click Continue.

7. The Order Management page opens and displays the All Open Orders view by default.

8. You have successfully accessed Order Management from CRM and can view open orders, search for specific orders, and perform order management activities based on your access permissions.
