Overview:
This article explains how to find and open the Adobe Reseller Console directly from Xvantage.
Important: If the Adobe Reseller Console does not open from X4A, this may be due to Adobe Tier Pricing not yet being configured for the reseller. In these cases, the reseller must complete the required Adobe setup process before the console can be accessed. Additional in-product guidance is being evaluated to improve visibility of this prerequisite.
Process:
Log in to Xvantage.
Hover over to the left navigation menu and click Sales, then select Subscriptions.
On the Subscriptions management page, navigate to the right, find Vendor Console next to Export and click it.
The Adobe Reseller Console button will appear below. When you click it, you will be redirected to the Adobe Reseller Console page.
Click the Open Details button on any item in the customer table to find the current usage, past orders, etc.
You can also access The Adobe Reseller Console from a particular subscription’s detail page. You can find it on the upper right side of the page.
