How to Access the Order Management Page in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how you can access and launch the Order Management page in X4A.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales. Next, click on Order Management under the Orders section.

4. By default, you will land on the All Open orders. Switch between all the available tabs that you want to view.
