How to Access the Sales Manager View for Backorders in Xvantage for Associates

Overview: 

This article will explain step by step how to access the Sales manager view for the Backorders dashboard in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select All Backorders from the sub-menu. 

5. The first tab that will open by default is the Executive summary dashboard.

6. Click the Sales Manager View tab.

7. The Sales Manager View dashboard will be displayed.
