How to Access the Vendor Cloud Configuration in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document explains where to find Cloud Configuration of Vendors in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors.

4. Click Account Management.

5. From the drop-down menu, select Vendor Account.

6. Use the search bar to locate the vendor account you want to check.

7. Click the Vendor Account Name (displayed as a hyperlink) to open its details.

8. Click the Cloud Configuration tab.

9. The Cloud Configuration helps you to view or manage cloud-related services.
