Overview:
This article provides the steps on how you can access and launch Intelligent Digital Assistant (IDA) through the Xvantage for Associates platform. This is an easy to access link that takes users directly to SharePoint training materials in a new tab—making it seamless than ever to access guidance and resources without disrupting any workflow.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Insights.
Click My Insights.
Once directed to the My Insights page, click on Learn More (Global) hyperlink.
You will land on SharePoint where you can view all related IDA resources.
