Overview:
This article provides the steps to create and save a new view in the Global Cost Engine in Xvantage for Associates (X4A). You can use the available filters to customize the information displayed and save your selected filter settings as a view for easier access in the future.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Revenue.
Click Product Costing.
The Product Costing page will be displayed.
To find a specific product costing record, enter the relevant information in the search bar.
Click the file name hyperlink to view the full product costing information.
Use the available filters to customize the information displayed based on your requirements.
After selecting the filters you want to use, click the drop-down arrow and select Add New View.
Enter a name for the new view.
Click Create View.
The new view is saved.
To access a saved view in the future, click the created view to apply it directly, or click the drop-down arrow to view and select from your other saved views. This allows you to reuse the same filter settings without having to select the filters again.
To create another view with different filter settings, update the filters as needed, click the View drop-down arrow, select Add New View, and repeat the process.
