How to Add a Post in a Competitor Record in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the steps on how to add a post in a competitor record in Xvantage for Associates CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Competitors.

6. Use the category filter or Quick Find icon to locate the desired competitor record.

7. Click the competitor's name (a hyperlink) to open its detailed view.

8. In the Timeline section, click the plus (+) icon.

9. From the available options, select Post.

10. Enter the content of your post. You can link a record by clicking the # symbol and mention a person by clicking @ and selecting their name.

11. Once your post is ready, click Add Post to save it.
