How to Add a Reseller to End User Accounts in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article explains how you can add a reseller on an end user’s account on XVantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click End Users.

4. Select End User Accounts.

5. View the end user’s account by clicking the hyperlinked end user ID.

6. Switch to the Affiliated reseller tab.

7. On the right-hand side of the screen, locate the blue button that reads Add Reseller. Click the button to proceed.

8. Enter BCN. Click Add.
