How to Add a Shortcut to the Persona Agnostic Page in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to add a shortcut to the Persona Agnostic home page in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and click Okta.

2. Search for Xvantage for Associates in Okta. and click it. Xvantage for Associates will open in another tab. 

3. Click the Sales workspace button, then select Persona Agnostic.

4. Scroll through the page until you see the Shortcuts tile. Click on the three dots/hamburger menu. 

5. Select Manage shortcuts. In the pop-up window, click + Add shortcuts.

6. A new pop-up window will appear. In the top field add the URL address of the page you want a shortcut to. In the second field, add a Title for the shortcut.

7. Click Save. The newly created shortcut will appear as a tile at the bottom of the Persona Agnostic page.
