This article explains how to use the ANZ Uploader in CRM to add products to a quote through bulk upload. The ANZ Uploader streamlines quote creation by automatically calculating pricing values during import and supporting complex ANZ vendor pricing scenarios.

Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Tip: You can also access Xvantage for Associates directly from My Apps.
In X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and select Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the CRM left navigation menu, navigate to Sales > Quotes.
Ensure that your view is All Quotes – ANZ to be able to view all quotes. To do this, select the view drop-down and choose from the options.
Locate the quote by clicking the column header and use the Filter By option or the Filter by keyword bar.
Open the quote by clicking the quote name.
Select the Product Import tab.
From the available import options, select Vendor Upload.
In the Select Vendor dropdown list, select ANZ-Generic.
In the Select Template dropdown list, select Foreign % Off RRP with Uplift.
Download the ANZ-GENERIC_ForeignPercentOffWithUplift.xlsx template file.
Complete the template with the required product information.
Upload the completed file using the Select File section.
Click Start Import.
Review the imported products after the upload completes.
