Overview:
This article explains how to copy product lines from an existing quote into a new quote using the Copy Products feature.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.
Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.
In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.
Ensure that your view is All Quotes to be able to view all quotes. To do this, select the view drop-down and choose from the options.
To find the quote that you need, click the column header and use the Filter By option or the Filter by keyword bar.
Open the quote by clicking the quote name (a hyperlink).
Click the Product Import tab.
From the five options available, select Copy Products.
In the search bar, enter the Quote ID (e.g., QUO-XXXXXXX-XXXXXX) from which you want to copy products.
Click Find Quote Revisions.
If the Quote ID is valid, it will appear below the search bar.
Select the quote by clicking the empty circle beside it.
A list of product lines from that quote will appear. Select individual lines or all lines, then click Add Selected to import them into your new quote.
