How to Add Report Measures in Looker Analytics Platform in Xvantage for Associates

This article will provide steps how to add report measures in Looker Analytics platform in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: MEASURES provide visibility into BEM performance metrics. Users can display metrics like average hunt time, average turnaround time, and stall times. These measures help COG and VDD teams track and monitor BEM process efficiency.

Process:

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Looker application and open it.
Click the Explore icon on the Looker homepage.
Enter Everest in the text field.
Select GDE Bids and AutoQuotes.
The GDE Bids and AutoQuotes window opens.
The left navigation pane displays Dimensions and Measures.
The Results table is empty.
The message Select some dimensions and measures appears.
Expand BEM Details under Measures.
Select Average AHT Time (Mins) (Average Hunt Time).
Select Average TAT Time (Mins) (Turnaround Time).
Both measure columns appear in the Results table.
