How to Add the Activities Tracker to Your Homepage in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will explain step by step how to enable tracking your activities’ progress on your homepage in Xvantage for Associate (X4A) by adding the Activities tracker to it.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4 and open it.

3. Ensure that you are in the Sales Workspace. If not, click the drop-down beside Edit Layout and choose Sales Workspace.

4. Click the Edit Layout button.

5. Click Customize.

6. Select Action items from the menu.

7. Toggle on the Activities tracker option.

8. Close the menu and then click the button Apply layout.
