How to Add the Top Actions Dashboard to Your Home Page in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will explain the step-by-step process on how to add the Top Actions Dashboard to the Xvantage for Associates (X4A). By adding this dashboard to your home page, it will display the most pressing actions that need attention, which may help boost sales. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and click Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in another tab.

3. Ensure you are on Sales Workspace view. If you are on Persona Agnostic, select Sales Workspace from the drop-down list.

4. Click the Edit Layout button. 

5. Click Customize. 

6. Select Action Items from the menu. 

7. Toggle on the Top actions option. 

8. Close the menu and then click the button Apply layout.
