How to Adjust Report and Column Settings in Looker Analytics Platform in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to adjust report and column settings in Looker Analytics platform in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Looker application and open it.

3. Click the Explore icon on the Looker homepage.

4. Enter Everest in the text field.

5. Select GDE Bids and AutoQuotes.

6. Expand the Filters section and click the + Filter button.

7. Enter country in the text field and select Country.

8. The filter Everest Bids Country appears in the Filters section.

9. Click the Settings icon next to the Run button.

10. Select an option from the pop-up:

    • Save

    • Download

    • Send

    • Save and schedule

    • And More

11. Click the Settings icon next to Everest Bids Vendor Name.

12. Select an option from the pop-up :

    • Remove

    • Filter

    • Pivot

    • Group

    • And more
