How to Apply Goals to a Campaign in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to apply goals to a campaign in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing. 

4. Click Marketing Suite.

5. You will be directed to the Marketing suite hub. 

6. Search for your campaign that you need to apply goals with. 

7. Click the campaign name (a hyperlink) to open its details. 

8. Click Goal Setting tab. 

9. You will set the campaign goals located on the left side of the screen.  

10. Configure the following goal settings: 

    • Preferred goal setting – choose from either Standard or YOY%. If you choose Standard, enter minimum goal. If you choose YOY%, enter a minimum YOY%. 

    • Notes – input notes regarding the goal setting
