How to Apply Incentive Payouts to a Campaign in Xvantage for Associates

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to apply goals to a campaign in Xvantage for Associates.

Note: Incentive Payout tab’s visibility might vary depending on the campaign status.

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.
Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing Suite.
You will be directed to the Marketing Suite hub.
Search for your campaign that you need to apply incentive payouts with.
Click the campaign name (a hyperlink) to open its details.
Click the Incentive Payout tab.
In the Payout Settings section, update the following fields:
- Payout type: Choose either fixed credit memo amount or percentage based on reseller sales.
- Payout value: Enter the dollar amount or percentage.
- Payout cap type
- Payout cap value
- Notes (if applicable)
Once you complete all sections, click the down arrow and choose what applies to your request: Clone, Export, Approve payout, Set on hold, Cancel, or Delete campaign.
Click Process campaign once you complete all Campaign Manager sections.
After clicking Process campaign, a success message will appear. After processing the campaign, please give 24 hours for Campaign Manager to generate output.
Once the campaign is processed, you will need to come back to the Goal setting section to review the reseller goals output.
- Click Download goals to make necessary adjustments to the file.
- Reupload by clicking Upload goals.
