How to Bulk Upload Leads in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to upload leads in bulk in the CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.  

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates and open it.  

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Leads. 

6. Click the ellipsis (⋮) and select Import from Excel.

7. Upload the leads file in Excel format. Ensure that the fields in the file are mapped correctly to the corresponding fields in Dynamics 365 lead records. If the mapping is incorrect or incomplete, the import will not proceed.

8. Once the mapping for all fields is set, click Finish Import to complete the process and import the leads.
