How to Change Log in Vendor Program in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to change log in vendor program in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose Vendor Programs.

5. Search for a master vendor in the search field and open it.

6. Open the Vendor Program and select Edit.

7. Make your changes.

8. Enter comments when saving changes. Training indicates comments are mandatory, and the system will not allow saving changes without them.

9. Use Change Log to compare the current version vs previous version and review what was changed.
