Overview:
This article explains how you can edit your column views in Growth Tracks on the Xvantage for Associates (X4A) platform. Be guided that your customized view will be in the same format as columns in the Excel report if you download it.
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A,hover over the left navigation menu and click Growth Tracks.
Select whichever Tracks tab you need to access.
On the right-hand side of the screen, click Edit Columns.
A drop-down menu will be displayed, which will show the following:
Active Columns – the default columns in your current view
Available Columns – more column choices that you can include in your view
Tick or untick the boxes to add or remove the columns in the drop-down according to your preference.
