How to Generate a Partial Auto Quote in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to generate a partial Auto Quote in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Revenue.

4. Click GDE deals & discounts or you may navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: Ingram Micro - GDS.

   • If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose GDE Deals and Discounts.

5. Search within Deals and Discounts to find a bid.

6. Click the hyperlink deal# to open the deal record.

7. Click the check box next to the lines that should be included in the quote, update quantities, click Autoquote for # lines button above product table.

8. The Quote will generate and quote# in GDE record will update.

Note: this option will only be available if the vendor program is enabled for auto quote and partial ordering is also enabled.
