How to Change the View in End Users in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the end users section to view different end user records. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In Xvantage CRM left navigation menu, navigate to the Customers and select End Users.

6. By default, the view is set to Active End Users unless you’ve changed your default view. 

7. To change the view, click the current view name and select a different option from the drop-down menu based on your needs. Example: You may click Inactive End Users to view inactive end user list.
