How to Change the View in Sales Operation Codes in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the Sales Operation Code to view different records.

Note: This function is used by Business Admins.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta. 

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it. 

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, find Extensions in the left navigation panel.

6. Select Sales Operation Code from the Extensions sub-menu.

7. By default, the view is set to Active Sales Operation Codes Configs unless you’ve changed your default view.

8. To change the view, click the current view name and select a different option from the drop-down menu based on your needs. 

   • Example: you may click Inactive Sales Operation Code Configs to view the inactive records.
