How to Change Your View in Quotes in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the quotes section to view different quote records.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.

6. By default, the view is set to All Quotes EMEA unless you’ve changed your default view.

7. To change the view, click the current view name and select a different option from the drop-down menu based on your needs. Example: You may click My Quotes EMEA to view your quotes records, while you can select My Active Quotes to view all your active quotes.
