How to Change Your View in Quotes in CRM

Overview:

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the quotes section to view different quote records.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the Xvantage CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Quotes.

6. By default, the view is set to All Quotes – ANZ unless you’ve changed your default view.

7. To change the view, click the current view name and select a different option from the drop-down menu based on your needs.
