How to Check the Inventory of a Product in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This guide explains how to check the inventory of a specific product using the Inventory Inquiry in Xvantage for Associates.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within Xvantage for Associates, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Click Inventory Inquiry.

5. Use the search tab to search for the specific product you want to check the inventory.

6. Click on the SKU # (a hyperlink) to open its details.

7. The branch and availability of the product will be displayed, along with the other details such as average cost, ETA, ETA code.
