How to Check the Opportunities Pipeline Using the Timeline Picker in Xvantage for Associates

Overview :

This document includes steps on how to check the opportunities pipeline using the timeline picker in X4A. 

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.
2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab. 
3. Ensure that you are in the Sales Workspace. If not, click the drop-down beside Edit Layout and choose Sales Workspace.
4. On the Xvantage homepage, go to the Opportunities section.
5. Click the Opportunities to view your open opportunities.
6. A pop-up window will appear with the following information:
   • Topic
   • Account ID
   • Est. revenue
   • Country
   • Est. close date
