How to Configure Notifications in Vendor Program in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to configure notifications in vendor program in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose Vendor Programs.

5. Search for a master vendor in the search field and open it.

6. Open the Vendor Program and select the Notification tab.

7. Configure which notifications are visible for sales users to subscribe to (VDD/COG can control visibility; sales users do not see the same level of configuration).

8. Save settings, then subscribe (if needed) to receive notifications when bid ingestion events occur for the program.
