How to Configure Which Offers Customers Can Switch to in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This document will explore the steps you can take to configure the subscription offers that customers can switch to in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Catalog Tasks.
Click Update catalog that is available at the top-right corner of the page. A drop-down menu appears.
Click Create Subscription offers. The New subscription offer dialogue box appears.
Choose the relevant options from the drop-down menu that appears.
Choose any one of the creation types.
Click Continue. The Create subscription offers page appears.
Follow the required steps until you get to Define rules.
Under Define rules, select Switch policy.
Allow switch to other subscription offers * appears on the right.
Select Yes and choose your desired switch offer options to continue.
