How to Copy and Share the Link to Bids in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how to copy and share the link to bids in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales.

6. Click Bid Tool.

7. From the upper right corner of the screen, just beside the Actions drop-down menu, you will locate the copy link to clipboard button (chain icon).

8. Once clicked, a small pop-up box will appear, letting you copy the link to the Bid Tool.

9. Hit Close once you gathered the link.

10. Share the link with your colleagues as needed.
