How to Create a New Field in VMF Configurator in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a new field in the VMF Configurator within Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Note: The Create New Field button may require proper access/rights. Contact your team manager for assistance.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors, then select VMF Configurator.

4. Click the Fields tab.

5. Click the Create New Field + button located to the right side of the screen.

6. The Create Field form box appears in the middle of the screen. Enter the required details:

   • General Information

   • ERP associations

   • VRI Screen

   • Field Attributes

7. Once all necessary details are entered, click Save field.
