How to Create a New Line of Business in a Vendor Account in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a new line of business within a vendor account using Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates (X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Vendors then select Account Management.

4. From the drop-down menu, select Vendor Account. 

5. Use the search bar to find the specific vendor account. 

6. Click the Vendor Account Name (displayed as a hyperlink) to open its details.

7. Click Line Of Business.

8. Click Create New Line of Business.

9. Select the line(s) you want to add and click Activate Line of Business.

10. The new line will now appear under the Line of Business tab.

11. Click the ellipsis icon (⋮) next to the new line and select Edit.

12. Click the Pencil icon at the top of the page to rename the line of business.

13. Click Save. Your new line of business is now complete.
