How to Create a New Opportunity Service Category Record in CRM

Overview:

This article outlines the steps to create a new Opportunity Service Category in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. Search for X4A in Okta and then click it. Xvantage for Associates (X4A) will open in a new tab.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In the CRM sidebar menu, navigate to Sales and select Opportunity Service Categories.

6. Click New to create a new opportunity service category record.

7. Input the following information:

   • Name

   • Country

   • Parent Category

8. Click Save & Close to complete the process.
