How to Create a New Smart Activity in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide users on how to create a new smart activity in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, go to My Work and select Activities from the side menu.

6. Click Smart Activity from the command bar.

   • Depending on the size of your screen, you might need to click Other Activities first, then select Smart Activity.

7. Input the following required (*) information:

   • Country

   • Subject

   • Smart Activity Type

   • Source

8. Enter the description as needed.

9. Click Save & Close to complete the process.
