How to Create and Manage AutoQuote Tasks in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to create and manage AutoQuote tasks in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose Vendor Programs.

5. Enter a vendor name in the Vendor name text box and select it from the list.

6. Select the vendor program name from the Program name column.

7. Log Select Order, Quote & Visibility Management in the Program Details tab.

8. Verify Auto quote is set to Yes.

Note: Before you can use the AutoQuote Configurator Tool, the Auto quote option must be set to Yes under Vendor Program Details.

9. Select the Autoquote tab in the top menu bar.

10. Click the Tasks tab in the AutoQuote top menu.

11. Click the Add new rule button.

12. Enter a name in the Task reason… text field.

13. Click the Entities drop-down and select an option from the pop-up.

14. Click the Condition drop-down and select an option from the pop-up.

15. Enter a value in the Value text field.

16. Click the Save button.

17. To manage an existing task click the + icon next to an existing task to add another row to the task.

18. A blue AND button appears between the two rows.

19. Select an Entity and Condition.

20. Enter a value in the Value text field and click Save.

21. Click the delete icon next to a task to remove the task.

22. Click the delete icon next to a row to remove the row from an existing task.
