How to Create a Quote for a Bid in CRM

Overview:

This article will guide you on how you can create a quote directly through a bid’s page in CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. From the CRM’s left navigation menu, scroll down to Sales.

6. Click Bid Tool.

7. You can use the Fulltext Search box to search the bid you're looking for.

8. Once the desired bid is found, click on the magnifying glass icon to open the bid’s page.

9. Click the + Create Quote button located on the upper right corner of the screen next to Actions.

10. A small pop-up window will appear, asking you to populate Contact Details.

11. Hit Create Quote and proceed as necessary.
