How to Create and Manage AutoQuote Header and Line Level Fields in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to create and manage AutoQuote header and line level fields in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for X4A and open it.
Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.
If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose Vendor Programs.
Enter a vendor name in the Vendor name text box and select it from the list.
Select the vendor program name from the Program name column.
Log Select Order, Quote & Visibility Management in the Program Details tab.
Verify Auto quote is set to Yes.

Note: Before you can use the AutoQuote Configurator Tool, the Auto quote option must be set to Yes under Vendor Program Details.

Select the Autoquote tab in the top menu bar.
Select the Fields tab from the AutoQuote top menu.
Click the + Add Header Level Field button.
Open the drop-down next to the new field.
Search for and select a field name from the pop-up: Customize the template for the new Header Field you created using the Lines, Conditional, and Attributes buttons.
Click the Save button to save your changes.
Click the Delete icon to remove a Header Level field.

To manage fields click the + Add Line Level Field button.
Expand the new field.
Search for and select a field name from the pop-up: Customize the template for the new Line Field you created using the Conditional and Attributes buttons.
Click the Save button to save your new line level field.
Click the Delete icon to remove a Line Level field.
