How to Create Customer Survey in CRM

Overview:

This article will provide a step-by-step process on how to create a customer survey in X4A CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, navigate to Customer Survey and select Customer Survey from the sub-menu.

6. The Active Customer Surveys page will be displayed.

7. Click New to create a new survey.

8. Enter your preferred Name for the Customer Survey.

9. Click Save & Close to finish.
