Overview:
This article provides detailed steps to create a new Growth Track in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).
Process:
Go to My Apps and open Okta.
In Okta, search for Xvantage for Associates(X4A) and open it.
Within X4A,hover over the left navigation menu and click Marketing.
Select Growth Tracks.
Click Create New Growth Track.
In the form that appears, begin by entering the Track Name and Track Description which will be displayed internally only.
Select the Region and Country from the drop-down lists.
Enter the Track Expiration Date, then select the associated Vendors and Solutions for the track.
Under Track Information, choose a User Journey Type:
Select Random if users can complete tasks in any order.
Select Sequential if tasks must be completed in order.
Enter the Title and Introduction Description that will be displayed in Xvantage for Customers (X4C).
Upload a Track Image that will visually represent the Growth Track in Xvantage for Customers (X4C).
Scroll down to the Steps section and begin adding your steps:
Enter a Step Title and Step Description for each step.
Click the plus (+) icon to add additional steps as needed.
For each step, click Edit Task Details to define what the customer needs to complete.
In the Task Action field, choose one of the following actions from the drop-down menu:
Open link
Complete text entry field
Complete single or multi-choice button
Upload document
Send email
Once all steps and tasks have been defined, review the information you’ve entered.
To save it unpublished, click Save Changes. If you are ready to publish the Growth Track, click the downward arrow beside Save Changes and select Publish Track.
