How to Deactivate a Bid in GDE in Xvantage for Associates

Overview:

This article will provide steps how to deactivate a bid in GDE in Xvantage for Associates (X4A).

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A hover over the left navigation menu Revenue and click GDE deals & discounts or Navigate to GDE by using the standalone link: gds.ingrammicro.com.

4. If using the standalone link, from the homepage, choose GDE Deals and Discounts.

5. Search for the bid that needs to be deactivated.

6. Click the hyperlink for the bid to open the record.

7. On the right above the upload, effective, and expiration date, is a deactivate button.

   

8. Click the Deactivate button.
