How to Deactivate a Bulk Import Job in CRM

Overview:

This article provides the step-by-step process on how to deactivate a bulk import job in Xvantage for Associates (X4A) CRM.

Process:

1. Go to My Apps and open Okta.

2. In Okta, search for X4A and open it.

3. Within X4A, hover over the left navigation menu and click Sales.

4. Select CRM from the Sales sub-menu.

5. In CRM, navigate to Extensions click Bulk Import Jobs.

6. Your default view would be Active Bulk Import Jobs.

7. Locate the job you want to deactivate by using filter by in the category name or the quick find icon.

8. Once located, open the job by clicking the ID to view its contents or tick the checkbox.

9. Click Deactivate in the command bar. It will automatically be moved to Inactive Bulk Import Jobs.
